OK, we filed - and then took the online credit course required. What do we do with the certificates? Do they go to the trustee or do they get filed also?

Same here. The online course I took actually gave the option for e-mailing the certificate to my attorney (as well as to me), which I did. I received my certificate, e-mailed it to my attorney, and by the time I hit send and returned to my inbox, she had already received her copy and filed it with the court.Filed: 6/30/2010

filing certificate
Hi fatdaddy,
If you are pro-se, check w/ the court clerk; there is usually some sort of cover sheet you file along w/ the certificate.

Tom,
I'm so happy I read your post. I already sealed the envelope with our financial mgmt course without the cover sheet! I logged onto our district site and they do require us to fill out a cover sheet for each debtor. Whew!
Good thing, I read this post.
Sending our certificate tomorrow to get it over with. I just want to wait for our discharge and not worry about submitting any other paperwork.Filed Chapter 7 Pro Se: July 28, 2010
