Report of No Distribution - Yippee!!!

I wasn't going to check Pacer over the weekend, but I just couldn't help myself! Anyway, it was posted yesterday that I'm a no asset case! I was a little concerned because I had $300 in my account and Colorado does not have a cash exemption. No worries now!

The other interesting thing is the amount of debts to be discharged includes my student loan debt! Of course, I know that is not the case, but it was kind of nice to see it posted! Thanks again for all of your support and help. This forum has made this process so much easier.

Now only 59 days to go!

Aaaahhh the great PACER OCD evil...yes, I filed yesterday almost at 5 pm and checked PACER 5 times yesterday...LOL

Congrats kartoons. It's also good to know right away the report of no distribution after 341 hearing. I had to wait for more than a week.

Ah yes Joe, I think I need to join PA (Pacer Anonymous)! Actually it hasn't been that bad for me. There was only one update between filing and the 341 and now that I got this report, I will try with all of my might to stay away from Pacer. Oh oh, I got the urge to sign on now, help me! ;^)

Nomoneyhoney, we will be celebrating our discharge on the same day, that's cool. Hopefully there won't be any delays for either of us!

Actually I've been pretty good, haven't checked it once this weekend. Since we filed late Friday, didn't think there would be updates over the weekend, nobody working right? Maybe? Maybe I should take a peek? LOL

I thought that yesterday, but I was glad I checked. Although the report of no distribution was filed on Friday, it didn't show up until yesterday. Believe me I checked a lot on Friday! LOL

I was really good after filing. I did check to see when my case was posted because I wanted my 341 date. I also filed on a Friday, but nothing showed up until Monday. I didn't check pacer until I got closer to the 341 and the only update was the mailing they sent out for the 341. So I don't think much happens. I really don't want to know if anything is going on now, because that would mean bad news! But still it is hard to resist checking!
