What I meant was as long as your BK was discharged most rental companies said it wouldn't be a problem finding a nice rental house.

we secured our "new" place prior to filing....since we stopped paying our mortgage and we new it hadn't HIT our credit yet....so it was just one way of doing it.8/4/2008
