    Hi everyone,
    Thank you for this wonderful website. I feel better about filing for bankruptcy and getting a fresh start since being here.

    I have filed for ch7 bk on 8-18-10, no asset, pro se
    341 meeting 9-16-10
    I also applied for a fee waiver and just received a letter from the bk court granting my application!!!

    I am preparing for my 341 and from reading everyone's posts I'm not nervous.

    Thank you all for your support and great information!

    That's good news. Congrats on filing and the fee waiver. As for the 341, it does go smoothly as long as you are prepared and honest. It does help to read the 341 postings too. It will be fine. Good luck to you.
