Hey there..

Ok Question since i am helping a friend and doing all the paperwork (For free LOL) the question:

She had a car loan (Reposession) and owes money on it; I dont have to list this under unsecured also or secured since it was repocessed correct? i just put it under the secured property area am i correct or should i list it in both? I know I have to list it in the financial affairs part.

I just dont want to mess up!!!! I love doing this legal stuff...

geeshhhhhh....YES!!! you do!....it may have been repo'd however, your friend may owe the difference if the item was auctioned off....best to list the entire amount of the loan....just to be safe...

Yep, its an unsecured debt at this point, you best list it.
