I broke my foot and I want to file my chapter 7 bankruptcy this friday pro se but it's very hard to get around so can i mail the forms in with the $299 fee?

Got to your BK court's website or call the court clerk. They will usually have instructions, but yes, in general, I believe you can mail it in. -

Our court (Colorado) required the filing fee in cash. Something to ask when you call your court.
