Discharged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was discharged this week and received notice by mail from the court. I wanted to thank everyone here for their kindness, humor and sound advice. To those of you who held my hand virtually via the PM system, I send an extra hug. You guys know who you are, too.
I wanted to say that I could never deal with Pacer. What I mean is that I did not choose to access the system only because it would have made ME more nervous.
I still have a relatively small amount of taxes to handle, but these are nothing compared to what was discharged. And, the IRS has been more than manageable. All of you guys who said "don't be afraid" were right again.
I have and will continue to spread the word about this site. It truly saved me from utter financial destruction.
