Converting before 341 question

If we convert our ch 13 to a ch 7 before the 341 meeting, will we get another 341 scheduled or will the original date stand?

Anybody have any experience with this?

We have pretty much decided to let the house go. We are debating on the cars. The problem is we don't have enough money to pay deposits and purchase cash cars so we are trying to buy time as much time as we can.

If you convert before the 13 341, a new date will be issued and you need not appear at the one for the 13.

If you convert after the 13 341, a new date will be issued. If you know you are converting but have not done so by the date of the 341 for the 13 ask you attorney if you need to show up. The attny can usually get the 13 Trustee to continue the date pending the conversion.

Thank you. I was worried we were waiting too late and it we don't want to make the trustee mad at us this early in the game. Our first payment is due to her within 10 days, but that is before our 341.
