put our Granduaghters name on our cc acount

We had our grandaughters name added to one of our credit cards so she can use it in case of emergency when shes of in college. We are going to file chapter 7, so please tell me that this will not effect my grandaughter in college, or have a negative impact on her credit. Certainley she want be part of the Bankruptcy.

You need to have her removed off of the account before you file. As an authorized user on your account, she benefits if you keep good credit on that account; otherwise, the BK filing will show up on her credit reports and she may not be able to get it removed.
