Can you you your mortgage payments to pass the means test if you havent paid them in 3-4 months but start paying them again. Long story.

This is state and district specific, you will need to make sure the answers you find are correct and doublecheck everything.
In my district, Florida Middle, we were allowed to claim a 6-7k per month mortgage/utility/maintenance bill. We had not paid on the mortgage in over a year, and indicated we were surrendering the house in the BK filing, allowing it to return to the bank.
