If there was anything to be concerned about....

with my Ch7 shouldn't I be given a heads up? We have our 341 meeting, and I haven't even spoken to our attorney since we sent in all our final paper work. All I have done is spoke to the paralegal about what to do and not to do at our meeting. I would think that if there was anything that would be a red flag someone from the legal team would give me a heads up, don't you think? I am just getting really nervous I guess. Our 341 is on Thursday. YIKES!!!!

We didn't talk to our lawyer between filing and the 341. He went over everything with us before we filed so there was really no need.

My attorney is hands-off like this too. It irks me a little bit, and I've had to be proactive to get a level of interaction I'm comfortable with. I scheduled a meeting with him a few days before my 341 just to ask questions about it, and he was fine with that.

The 341 is fairly painless. However, if you have any questions beforehand, you might give your attorney a call and ask if there's anything you need to know. You might also ask whether your attorney will be there in person (a familiar face can be comforting when you're anxious) or whether they use an appearance attorney.
