I was in the 180 day club myself - or more - it took just over 6 mths to get a discharge on a no assets case - that was because I was audited by UST (happy outcome of course) which had the effect that the Ch7 trustee kept extending time to object to discharge and exemptions until the time for the UST to object was over -court seemed to just run on autopilot with me on the back burner until all orders to extend were expired. Anyway I discharged nearly 300K in CC debt so I expected some scrutiny and I got it. System worled pretty well all in all, but I did a LOT of due diligence both on this forum and elsewhere - I had to produce an affidavit as part of the audit and I wanted to make sure I was making the right points.
