    Tax return

we're sending our tax return to the trustee and i'm concerned about my kid's identity. is it okay to obscure their information just in case their information are published in pacer?
the tax return transcript have all their social security in them as well.

    thank you for your input.

Yes, you can redact or block out your kids info.

Frankly, you are being paranoid, but still, you can do it without consequence.

yes i think i'm being paranoid too. i just signed up on pacer and they will not show those documents with my bankruptcy paperwork. so i'm kinda relieved about that.

thank you for your input. =)

In CA there are specific rules about blacking out most of your SSN, account #'s and identifying children only by their initials. Maybe your state has specific ID protection rules as well?
