What is a notice of time to object discharge?

Hi, we are in the last stretch before discharge and received this notice in the mail; Can someone please interpet for me, 'cause I am a little confused. the notice states:

title- notice of time to object to discharge

Pesuant to 11 usc 727a and 1328h, notice is hereby givent hat is appears to the court that the above named debtors is/are entitled to a discharge. Unless a party submits an objection based upon 11 usc 522q withing 30 days of the date herof, a discharge will be entered in this case. In no objections is timely filed, a discharge will be entered within 14 days of the deadline. If an objection is filed, a hearing will be set. Dated july 28

Okay, my question is why are we receiving this now? Our 60 day deadline ended on the 19th of july( 341 meeting was held april 19). Is this notice saying that creditors can still object and they have 30 days from the date of july 28th? Arghh, what am I missing here? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
