Filing - 341

Can someone explain why the disparity in the time between filing and the 341. I understand that the system is having record numbers of filers so would it not be logical that the time be more than the standard 45 days?

I've read on here on more than one occasion about the 341 being scheduled 4 weeks out from the filing date. Just curious as to why.

Totally misunderstood the question. lol

We had a filing date of 06/30 and a 341 on 08/02. I don't think there are an overwhelming # of filers in our area. The 341 room only had 15 chairs and there were only like 8 of us waiting when we went this morning. Maybe it just depends on the district?

It may be just that simple. I was just curious if it was because they were under median or something like that.
