Just wondering what your credit report looks like after you file bankruptcy....will it still list all the negative accounts individually or just have one listing for bankruptcy...also do the judgements that are listed now come off??

Your credit report will include your BK on public record portion. You accounts that were included on the BK should now say INB. Some cases you will have to challenge the credit report. Judgements and repo's will show up on your credit. Not sure which part though.

Post discharge, your lawyer needs to file the approiate motions to get those judgments vacted {assuming the underlying debt was discharged in bk}
