Motion of Relief from Stay

hey there everyone:
Today i discovered that Equity Residental has filed for "Motion for Relief of Stay". I of course am responding to this motion.

The question however is this:

"You have 15 days from the date of service of this paper."

So that is business days; I am planning to file on the 14th Business Day. (It works business days correct)..

Then lets just say the Court Grants this order then they will have to go file it within the county courts evicting us correct? I mean this is just another hurdle they have to go over?

Yes, that is the way it works. Do you really want an eviction on your record also? It may be best to move before that eviction gets filed. It will be much harder to find another place to rent when your public record shows the "E" word.

OOH I forgot about the "E" Word. so if i actually move before the Eviction is filed then basically i am safe and it wont be going on my credit report correct?
