Does your lawyer handle other type of cases as well? Maybe she forgot that yours is a bk case and should not have charged the cc. That still doesnt excuse her for using it. If she has any bk clients, she shouldnt use a cc at all in her firm. It makes no sense that she says that there's a conflict of interest. That makes me think that you are not the only one this happened to bc as soon as a client give her their cc, then its a conflict of interest. Just doesnt really make sense.
