So my chapter 13 was filed on 12/28/09. Only credit card debt. Confirmed on 3/25/10.

Converted to a chapter 7 on 7/21/10. New 341 meeting on 8/23/10. Last day for creditors to speak up is 10/22/10. Last day to file proof of claim 11/22/10.
Deadline to object to exemptions is 30 days from 341 meeting.

With some luck I hope this moves fast and with no problems. At the meeting I guess I'll find out how much if any I'll have to pay for my car. Beyond that I think I'm good. I really hope to be done and free by December 2010. It would be sooooooo great to start off the new year with a fresh start.
