Do you include UI when you calculate your Budget

I'm trying to come up with the budget to give to the lawyer we will be seeing next week and I need to know if I'm suppose to include Unemployment in the total household income?

If I do now include it my DMI is a negative number if I include it it puts me into possible Chapter 13 territory but since this income is only for a short time I don't think I should include it...thanks
