Notice of Filing of Transcript

Hi all-

I was chap 7 discharged almost a year ago. I just received a notice titled "Notice of Filing of Transcript and Deadlines Related to Restriction and Redaction"

below it, there is some jargon and a sentence about remote electronic access. Then gives a last day to file a Notice of Intent to Request Redaction of transcript.

Anyone know what this all means. I get nervous when I see electronic access. I don't want to show up on the first page of Google.

Have you been on PACER? What's the actual transcript? It could be a misfile. Withing knowing what the actual transcribed document is... there's no way of knowing why it's being filed so late. Is your case still open?

I never signed up for Pacer. Case was closed last year. I'll give the lawyer a call in the morning. Thanks!
