    Discharged 2/09 but keeping home

Ok, We were discharged 2/09 and we did not reaffirm the mortgage but continued to pay it. We are current and since our BK things have been going good for us. Been able to re-establish my credit and scores are hovering around 700. Although we keep paying the mortgage on time it will not report as anything other than IIB, Is there anyway to get the bank to report current instead?

No. You didn't reaffirm, and so you have no financial obligation to pay the loan. (You choose to pay it, to keep the house.)
Get mortgage modified: DONE! 7 months of back interest payments amortized, payment reduced over $200/mo
(In the 'planning' stage, to file ch. 13 if/when we have to.)

Just sucks... I have 22 years left and none of that payment history will be worth anything. I guess on a good note if I am ever late they cant report the late payment.

Every few months a will keep disputing and maybe they will update it by accident. Whats funny is that the loan shows closed 2/2009, I called chase to tell them that my reporting was wrong and they put the OK notation for all the past months showing it was paid on time even though it shows closed last year.

At this point you could refinance - the new loan would report. But you presently have the advantage that if things go south (lose your job, disaster strikes your neighborhood and sinks home values, etc.) you can walk away and not owe anything.
