So we went last night and signed the papers to file and our atty said he should file them Monday or Tuesday....I hate to say it but this has been a piece of cake for us!!!!! Maybe because the atty is so effecient and so kind??? He charged $1300 which was $200 less then most of the atty in town and he takes payments which was alot easier too!! Anyways just wanted to say thanks for all the help from the board and hopefully the rest of this process is just as smooth!!!

Congrats!!! We are hoping to drop our paper work off the beginning of next month. How long did it take your lawyer to prepare the paper work after you dropped it off?
I can't wait to get this over with!

ladyjenn it was 2 weeks exactly from when I dropped off all our paperwork to the day we signed the papers. I feel the same way you do about not being able to wait till this is over with!
