Done! Finally!

It took two years and two attorneys, but we have finally gotten through an aborted CH13 and successfully been discharged in our CH7.

Our discharge was delayed for a few weeks while a reaffirmation agreement for the second mortgage was routed, but our case is now CLOSED!

Thanks to all for the great information and support over the years!

Filed CH13 12/31/08, abandoned March 09 after losing job.

Ch7 Filed March 2010. 341 Meeting April 2010. Discharge and Case Closed July 2010.

(Don't understand the reaffirmation of a second mortgage though. Let's not talk about it here though. Enjoy your discharge and close!)
