Hello and thanks to all the helpful people here!
I just wanted to share my experience for any Colorado folks. Fine print at the bottom of the bankruptcy notice tells you what to bring to your 341 meeting. Sent the trustee two years tax returns and a letter asking if he would like anything else. No reply. Day of 341 meeting we went to the wrong building and were late (not recommended) The trustee (D.H.) was very quiet but very nice. He had three pages of forms to fill out, mostly about assets. It was straight off our schedules, just copied info onto his forms. He took people in the order they finished their forms. Never looked at the forms we brought, only forms he gave us to fill out. 5-10 minutes per case and the only thing I noticed about his questions was that everyone was asked about their pension/retirement fund.
Hope this is helpful to someone,
Tom
