People file "no asset" Ch7 cases every day. I filed one as well.

I was terrified I'd get grilled about how I have all this debt and nothing to show for it. After all, I beat myself up about it. How could I have so much on my credit cards but not be able to put my hands on anything with value? Aargh!

But it never got brought up or challenged.
