    File a motion of abjection

I am a creditor on CH7 trying to file an objection on the case, any idea which form number should I file?

    thank you

You would be best served by consulting an attorney. Given that the objection can rack up a considerable number of billable hours, you need to consider the costs if you do not succeed.

It depends on the nature of the objection. Many objections do not have a standard form.

Why are you are objecting; what are you objecting too?

Some objections have been that simple. However, an objection must have some legal basis to afford the relief requested. Oh yeah, and it must request some sort of relief. Best left to attorneys if you're not familiar with procedure.
