    Automatic stay and Pacer

Does it show on Pacer if the bank has motioned for and had the automatic stay lifted? If so, what do you look under. I dont have a clue what im looking at in Pacer and I dont want to rack up a bunch of charges.

In Pacer after running your query go to dockets, it will show if a request for relief was filed and after the hearing date, if it was granted. The documents will also be available for review on that page if you want to pay for them. At least that's how mine appeared. If a relief from stay was filed you should also have received a notice in the mail with the actual filing documents notifying you of the motion and the date of the hearing.
