Estimated assets on voluntary petition

I am unsure if my home with an underwater mortgage is considered an asset in regards to checking the box for estimated assets on the voluntary petition

You should include it, and there should be a box with amount owed on it and the amount you estimate it is worth. The trustee will verify how much the property is worth if he thinks it may be worth more then you owe on it.
