When did the UST get involved in your case?

I am curious if the UST got involved in your case at what point did they?

    Before the 341
Within the first 10 days after the 341
After 10 days of your 341.

    Thanks for your input!

the UST doesn't have to get involved within the 10 days. Depending on section of the code they use for objections, they could wait until day 59.

Yep, that is what I have read from some of the people who posted. I guess I am interested more in the when the UST typically gets involved based on individual experiences.

Just thought it would be interesting information. I was looking for a poll but was not able to figure out how to do it.

The UST was involved in my case right away, before the 341. But, as pointed out, there probably is no 'typical' time since you are dealing with so many BK districts and different types of cases. Just be prepared with your documentation right from the beginning so you can minimize any worry "waiting" for the UST to show up in your case.
