You had your 341 5 days after me. I still don't have a discharge. I checked Pacer and it shows there were only 2 other cases aside from mine converted on 033110, so I don't know what's taking so long. I live in Nashville, TN. Nashville is not that huge of a city in comparison to where some of you guys on this forum live. I don't know when to expect a discharge but I'm thinking it's too soon to start calling the Trustee's office.Filed Ch.13 August 2008,

Keep a copy of the discharge letter at home. Also, run a copy of the noticing order that you were dischrged that was sent to your creditors. It'll show when it was sent and, the medium-many are done electronically and have a timestamp. Also keep a copy of the creditors matrix. I have these in my desk drawer just in case some 3rd party collector makes contact.I'll have proof of discharge, notification and the fact the creditor was listed at my fingertips.
All the rest of my bk paperwork is in the safe deposit box .Comment

You should pull your credit reports again so you have a chance to dispute anything that should have been included in the bankruptcy but wasn't. Waiting until the week before closing on a home or a car loan won't cut it

I might wait until October for the report because I'll be due for a free one then. We won't be using any credit between now and then.
Oh, the bank who owns my car told me that I would have to sign the reaffirmation agreement before I was discharged and that my attorney had it. Because it's only in my husbands name I was able to blow the lady off (she was pushy) saying I would tell him to call the attorney. We don't want to reaffirm so I do nothing, right?
They also canceled my car insurance for said car and said they would be mailing me a renewal policy. Anyone know the purpose of this? Are they trying to trip me up so they can take my car or do I watch too many conspiracy movies?attorney consult and decided to file, 02/15/2010

I was just discharged today! So, can the discharge papers be pulled on Pacer? The only documents in reference to the discharge showing is a notice stating something like "This person appears to be entitled to a discharge".........Is that the discharge papers? What's the wording like on a discharge? Also, will my credit reports show discharged instantaneously or what?Filed Ch.13 August 2008,
