I was wondering (although it is too late now) would it have been possible to have listed late fees and delinquent fees that were added to my mortgage account in my chapter 7 petition as unsecured credit? I may be way off on this but I was just wondering. We plan to keep the house and did not reaffirm. Also, if I go over the grace period while awaiting my discharge when making my house payment will more late fees be added or no while there is a stay in place? Please do not blast me for asking these questions. If I knew the answer I would not post. Thanks!
