my discharge date was 1/14. i checked pacer and nothing since the conclusion of my 341 meeting on 11/15. I called the court and she was extremely nice but told me that they are waiting on the final report from the trustee and then they can send my discharge letter. She gave me the trustees number and suggested I call. I called and went straight to the trustee. She pulled up my file and said she had filed it the same day as the 341. I asked her if she could re-file and she said no the court has to find it. I called the court back and they said "no finding it" they don't have it. I filed pro se. Any ideas??? Many thanks!!

something is miscommunicated. the trustee isnt going to file your dsicahrge papers right after the 341. everyone has to see what objections might be made.
the trustee files a 'get me off the case report after the 341' but that is different. not sure what makes the court enter a discharge. i always thought it was something they had on a reminder screen and if no objections were entered by a creditor by the due date or any further problems by the trustee then you will be discharged as soon as they get to that days cases.
not sure what to say except keep checking for a discharge.
remember that none of them told you there were any objection or problems. so you are done. did you think about that?Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!
