    Overdraft Line of Credit Loan

Here is my problem. I have a OD Loan with PNC Bank. I actually had two, but they closed one per the bankruptcy and in their ineptness didn't close the other and charge it off. After hours on the phone, e-mails to my bk attorney, and a visit to the bank it now appears they have shut off my line of credit, but left me with an amount due. Their line to me is that an Overdraft loan can't be counted in bk. I know this is BS, but I don't know now to get them to include this and charge it off. It's a loan with an interest rate and minimum payment due. My attorney seems to have given up. She faxed a letter to them and left a message with the bk supervisor Deana, but Deana never returned her call. Isn't this illegal? Any suggestions?

Ask your attorney if letting the Trustee know that PNC is trying to collect a discharged debt will help you.

After countless attempts to contact PNC and getting no where my atty filed a motion to compel against PNC. I hope that gets their attention. I so exasperated with PNC. I'm surprised that bank is that big with all the inept people working there.
