My 341 Experience

Filed October 13th.
341 was today, January 24th 2006

I wasn't "that" nervous until I actually sat down with the Trustee. It was a REALLY REALLY loud guy. Fairly standard questions. I brought EXACTLY what my lawyer said to bring, nothing else. Trustee asked for nothing, got nervous when he started asking questions. No asset, should get my discharge in 2-3 months. Can't wait to start my new financial life.

Thanks to all that helped around here, appreciate it greatly. So glad that I filed. While I still have student loans, got rid of alot of harassment, pain and suffering.

wOW you waited a long time for your 341 from your filing date. I know you were glad to finally have it get here and now have it done. Congrats on getting this far and now looking forward to discharge.
