Just curious what peoples experiences are with being currnt on home, plan to stay current on home, but refusing to sign reaffirmation agreement.. If I don't sign and keep paying, will the bank really care? My thought is why would I potentially take responsibility again for home mortgage loan if its not necessary? If the bank wants the house I'll give it to them...and they will loose a lot of money....but if I keep paying, even if not reaffirmed they loose nothing.
