I just filed for Chapter 7 on June 10 and chose to retain both my mortgages since we are upside down on the house but have paid on time every month. Today I went to my 2nd mortgages website HSBC and was informed that my account is no longer online and it has been referred to the bankruptcy dept I am now scared that I am going to lose my house. If anyone has insight or advice I would greatly appreciate it.

This is normal, you lose online access to most accounts until discharge. You will have to go to the bank and pay in person or send a check as they will not send you a bill either. Keep making payments on time and you'll be fine.Filed Chapter 7 (no Asset) - Sept 2009

Yes, I would call them just to see if you send the payment to same address, when I filed I was able to pay over the phone as i had a checking account with the same bank, but i couldn't pay online until after discharge.Filed Chapter 7 (no Asset) - Sept 2009
