All of our personal property listed on Form 6B is under both Federal and WA state limits for exemptions. On the following Form - 6C Property Claimed as Exempt, do we just list all of the personal property again?

Yes. For most non-asset cases you would list the asset, then in the other columns the specific exemption you are claiming, such as 11 USC 522(d)(3), then the exemption amount, and lastly the value of the asset.
We filed in Washington and used the Federal exemptions. We did have part of one asset that we could not exempt so we had everything listed but only listed exemptions for part of that last asset.Case Closed > 2/08/2010
