Both concerns you cite are beyond there control.
At some point a for sale sign will be in the yard.They'll just have to deal with any potential fallout.

That is what I thought too. But do they usually announce it is a bankruptcy auction/listing or is it just listed for sale through a realtor?

I am in PA...I filed in Aug 09 and discharged Nov 09. I surrendered my house to the bank in Chap 7. I have not paid on my mortgage/taxes since JAN 09 and I am STILL waiting for Bank of America to take my house!!!! So they might have a while before they have to deal with it at least. It was an embarrassing thing to go through but I'm 1,000 times happier without the burden!!
