Listing of Creditors and Collection Agents

We engaged the services of a paralegal to help with paper work for our filing. But, just before completing the work, he quit on us. Although most of the work has been completed, we are still left with a few unanswered questions.
While listing all of our creditors, we were told to list all of the collection agencies as well. Some of the accounts have gone through several agencies and then been sold off to "funding" companies. These companies also have collection agencies working for them. Do they all get listed as well? Also, on the mailing matrix - do all of the creditors and collection agencies get listed?
This is only the first of a number of questions we will have before we are finished with our paper work, I'm sure. So, hang on to your hats.

List everyone. List the original creditor with the amount due, and then all of the collection agencies "for information purposes".

This insures that everyone is on the mailing matrix and shuts them up.
All information contained in this post is for informational and amusement purposes only.

I agree w/ frogger, list EVERYONE. This makes sure everyone is notified and can't contact you at a later date and cause a hassle for you.
