my was discharged on 6/18/10. But, do i need to let the Bank know that my rental property is now emty? I surrendered my rental property and was lifted on the 18th as well. What about the homeowner insurance? do they cover vacant house? Thanks for the helps ....

I'm not really sure sako, but I would probably let the bank know if it were me - that way they can get moving on whatever they're going to do with it sooner rather than later... but that's just me.
