Tomorrow is my last day for objections! I am freaking out! Been checking PACER every 5 minutes.... can not wait for this to be over with! I know a lot of you have gone thru this, but this is nerve wrecking. Thank you all for wealth of information and all your help!

me too...June 22nd is last day ...however, unlike you, I haven't dared go to Pacer lately. last time I looked, which was maybe a week or so ago, the last update was our counselling course on May 4th. Nothing since then.Marie

guys, if there is anything bad, the US TRUSTEE would have put your atty on alert. When I was doing my BK, my useless lawyer gave me access to his email so I can monitor my case myself. And I have seen the trustee send emails if they have objections even on 707(b) they send the copy first to be filed. So coolmom04 and FLBroke, you will get the Notice Of Discharge tomorrow..maybe today for coolmom04.This Forum is better than any lawyer I met.Comment

Your atty gave you access to his email?
That seems odd...even dangerous, particularly for the lawyer. What do you mean that the UST would have put the atty on alert?
In my case, the UST has told my atty that she's checking for hidden income, and something about maybe making me a 'test case'.....that sounds like an 'alert' to me. Day 58 and counting.....
