a couple questions from my paperwork..

This is just the paperwork for my attorney, so if I do this wrong it will be corrected, but still.

What do I check for my mortgage? We are not re-affirming, but are keeping the house (at least for a while yet). My choices are keep or surrender.

Do I list the timeshare (that we have decided to surrender) as one of my secured payments in my expenses, or do I not list it because we aren't keeping it?
