We filed 6/17. We checked off that we are surrendering car#3 which is currently in a garage to be fixed for an accident (not my fault). The adjuster is scheduled to come out on Monday to make another estimate since the damage is more than he estimated before. The insurance company sent me the 1st estimate check. Should I call the bank and tell them the car is in the garage, have them pick it up there and send them the check? Or wait to get it fix and surrender it? How long after I file before contacting them? What should I do? Please advise.

Help Please! I just found out that the car will be in the garage for another 25 days but the bank contacted my lawyer if they can contact me or I could give them a call regarding making arrangement for the car. What should I do? -
