what happen to the lawsuit filed by Chase against me, pre BK.... now that 341 meeting is over with no creditors showed up..... my lawyer notified chase and court..( Automatic Stay?).
Do I need to show up in court in August? What will happen to the lawsuit?

I'd ask your lawyer how your local courts handle a bk filing.
In my corner of paradise, the presiding judge "encourages" plantiffs attorney to dismiss without prejudice once the court is notified of the filing. If the bk is discharged then no further action is required by anyone. If the bk is dismissed then, the planfiff has the right to refile.

Likely, you don't need to do anything but just ask to be certain.
