Can I file Chapter 7

Family of 4, 6 month look back income average 2812.00 per month.

New York State levied my checking account they say I did not file 2003 & 2004 I owe 4000.00. They took all of my money 1500.00.

I owe the IRS $1600.00.

21,000.00 behind on Mortgage, 7500.00 behind on HOA, 20,000 credit card debt. NY State 4000.00, IRS 1600.00.

I live in Florida. If I do a chapter 7 will the IRS & NY State Still come after me or do I have to do a chapter 13 and pay the taxes?

Either way I guess I will have to give up the house.

You'll need to pay the taxes.
No need for a 13. File your 7 and then negoyiate a payment plan with the Feds and the state.
