    Address wrong on recorded mortgage?

So, logical me says this won't make a difference, but I know that in law things aren't always done logically..

I was printing out my warranty deed and my assigned mortgages from the county this morning, and I noticed that our home equity loan has the our street name wrong throughout the entire document. We live on Oneword Drive, and the document is made out for One Word Drive.

Will this make a difference in how things are handled or will likely nobody notice or care?

It doesn't make a difference, the important part is the legal description. For example, if the mortgage stated lot 2 block 5 Oneworld subdivision, and you lived at lot 5 block 2, that would be problem.

      Not relevant to anything.
