Did the presumtion of abuse arise after your 341?Comment

Yes, it did. On the 10th day after the 341, the Bankruptcy Administrator (in NC - so BA instead of UST) filed a statement of presumed abuse and asked for 12 months of bank statements and documentation of some of our expenses.
