We went to court today on the reaffirmation of our auto-As it turns out they are doing this more and more IF the box is checked that the loan is a "hardship". Someone had told me that on the forum, but my attorney said she had not heard of them doing that here. Well, that was it-The judge asked us for an explanation of how we planned to meet the payments-we said
we were going to cut down on expenses as much as possible and if all else failed we could borrow against our 401k money (what's left)-He was satisfied with that and granted the reaffirmation. We still have to g oto court on the motion to dismiss --don't know when that will be-We paid ouir attorney today to file the objections to the motion to dismiss. We figure we might as well take it all the way--at this point.
