Question about listing all Creditors

In the process of getting everything ready to file Chapter 7. Just had a quick question regarding how to list the debts.

My attorney said they would use a system that all negative items on my credit report would go directly into the bankruptcy. I know I will have to send him a list of any debts not listed on my credit report, but heres my question: On my credit report theres an item being listed by a collection agency for an old bill from Direct Tv. Dirct Tv themselves is not listing it, just the collection agency. Do I need to put Direct Tv on my list thats NOT on my credit report? Or will the letter being sent to the collection agency listing the item serve as notice to the collection agency and Direct Tv themselves?

Why not list DirectTV? It shouldn't hurt you at all and it covers all your bases.

Again, I was saying, list everyone and anyone. No reason not to notify someone who possibly has a claim on you.

Usually if the collection agency is listed you don't need to put direct tv. It wouldn't hurt though.
